Ashini's practice focuses on real estate finance and commercial lending.
She represents institutional lenders in commercial lending transactions across multiple jurisdictions and has worked on a variety of loans involving residential and commercial real estate intended for securitization as commercial mortgage-backed securities. Her work has included multiple co-lender transactions, revolving credit facilities, financing for high-rise apartment buildings, shopping malls and other major real estate transactions.
Ashini is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Ashini's journal note, "What Does A Shadow Weigh- Nothing or Everything?" was published on the Rutgers Business Law Review in the spring 2023 edition.
Prior to joining ULP, Ashini was an associate in the Real Estate Finance Department at Riemer & Braunstein LLP.
