
Tala's practice focuses on real estate finance, commercial lending and residential real estate transactions.
She represents institutional lenders in commercial lending transactions across multiple jurisdictions and has worked on a variety of loans involving residential and commercial real estate intended for securitization as commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Tala is a member of the National Arab American Bar Association (“NAABA”) and the American Bar Association (“ABA”).
She is also a recipient of the J. Skelly Wright Prize from Rutgers Law School – Newark for her contributions to the civil rights, civil liberties, and human affairs of her fellow citizens during her law school career.
Prior to joining ULP, Tala was an associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP.
