Jane concentrates her practice on the representation of homeowners’ associations, condominium associations, and cooperative corporations.
Jane handles underlying mortgage financings and a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. She also represents real estate developers and sponsors in drafting and filing offering plans with the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
Jane is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association of New York (“AABANY”).
Jane is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education programs focusing on current real estate issues. She has been published in the New York Real Estate Journal, The Suffolk Lawyer, and the Journal of International Business and Law, among other publications. She is also an Executive Board member of the Hofstra University Law School Alumni Association and is the Co-Chair of the Alumni Association’s Diversity Committee. She also serves as a mentor in the Hofstra University School of Law Mentorship Program.
Jane was featured in the New York Real Estate Journal’s 2020 Women in Real Estate (WIRE) Spotlight, was a recipient of Long Island Business News’ 30 Under 30 Award and was recognized by the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce at the Celebrate Long Island’s Young Professionals event.
Jane is fluent in three Chinese dialects (Mandarin, Cantonese and Fuzhounese).
Jane was previously an associate in the law firm Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP’s Real Estate practice group.
