Phedeline’s practice focuses on real estate finance and commercial lending.
She has represented institutional lenders in commercial lending transactions across multiple jurisdictions and has worked on a variety of loans involving multi-family and commercial real estate intended for securitization as commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Phedeline is a member of the Haitian American Lawyers of New York (“HALANY”), the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Prior to joining ULP, Phedeline was an associate in the Banking and Finance Department at Cullen and Dykman LLP.
